What payment methods can I use?

The following payment methods are available: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bankcontact, Giropay, Sofort. You can also pay with Paypal. Your payment is safe and secure. Thaiboxing Fightgear will never know your bank details. We use a payment platform who respects all relevant security measures.

What size should i order?

Muay Thai fightwear sizes vary by brand and style. Unfortunately, there is no international standard for sizing. When you order shorts, Thaiboxing Fightgear provides size charts for the brand of shorts you are considering. You will find the size chart on the product page in the additional photos (below the main product photo in thumbnails size). Click on the thumbnail to view the larger image. If the size chart image does not appear, click on the arrows to the right or left of the thumbnails to make it appear. Remember that you must be comfortable in your shorts, and that freedom of movement is very important in muay thai. Conversion 1 inch = 2.54 cm 1 pound = 0.4535924 kg. If you are not sure what size that you should order for your gear, we recommend that you try it on first (for example, in your boxing gym). This is the safest way. Note, for example, that if you are a european, you will often need one size larger than the Thai sizes listed....

How does the billing on my credit card statement appear ?

Do i need an account to order  ?

No. You can order as a guest. But if you want to create an account, simply add a password when you are asked to do so (when you fill out your’s details). It takes only one minute to create an account.

Is your website secure ?

Yes, all of our customer's information is held securely and our website operates in a secure environment. Safeguarding your personal data is very important to us. All data is restricted to authorized personnel and is stored on secured servers. Our sites are protected by encrypted SSL. We use TLS encryption (Transport Layer Security protocol) to ensure that communications and your personal data are always fully protected. This means that whenever you send us data such as address or credit card information, it is encrypted. Also we don’t have access to your sensitive payments details.

I forgot my password, what should I do ?

If you can't find your password to access your account, click on the link « Lost your password ». An e-mail with a temporary password will be sent to you to reset it.

May I cancel an order ?

Yes. Your order can be cancelled, but, if an order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel or make changes.

How much is the delivery fee ?

Postage and packing is FREE for all orders above 35.99 euro. The price you see is the price you pay.

Can I have an express delivery ?

Yes of course. When placing your order, you choose your delivery method. You have the choice between a postal shipping or Express (DHL/UPS/Aramex 3 to 7 working days). Shipping is not free if you choose Express (unlike standard delivery).

Can I have my order shipped to a different address ?

Yes, in most cases. When an order is shipping to a different address than the billing address, we require that all the credit card information be verified with the issuing bank. This policy protects all parties from unauthorized card use. Shipping addresses are the address to which you would like your order shipped. Billing addresses are the address on the credit card that is being used to place the order.

From where is my order sent ?

Our warehouse is in Thailand, Bangkok. All packages and parcels are therefore shipped from Thailand. We ship worldwide to all major international locations.

How long does delivery take ?

To offer you the best deal, we choose the standard international delivery with tracking number (Thaipost). The parcel will arrive at your address, with an estimated time of 12 to 29 days.

In which countries do you ship ?

The list would be too long. We deliver to more than 100 countries (138)

What is Excluded from Shipping Promotions ?

Some (very rare) destinations can’t unfortunately benefit from free shipping. These are mainly some islands countries with very high postal rates. In such cases we advise you to choose DHL instead.

Items weighing more than 2kg

Delivery of items weighing more than 2kg such as kicks pads, punching gloves, heavy bags will only be made via DHL.Thailand Post does not offer tracking for this type of package. As each country has its own regulations, DHL may charge import taxes. This is independent of our will. Thank you, for your understanding.

How do I know if my package has been shipped ?

Nothing could be easier. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number. Since the tracking information on the thaipost website does not always appear immediately, we sometimes send this number one day after the shipment.

How does parcel tracking work ?

You get a tracking number who allows you to follow the delivery progress in real time. This tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the package leaves. After entering your tracking number and click on "Track", the system will automatically gather the shipping information for you.

What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made ?

Don't worry! A pick-up card will be left in your mailbox, with which you can pick up your package at the relevant post office.

Why DHL need my phone number  ?

For express deliveries via DHL, we ask you to provide your phone number. This phone number will be used by DHL to contact you throughout the delivery process. We don't store your phone number. We only forward it to DHL.

Can I get a refund ?

Yes. We check each item carefully before shipping to make sure they are problem free. But, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a completed payment by sending us an email. Items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days from the receipt of the original order. Simply return it to the address indicated after your refund request. We will transfer the money (excluding delivery costs) using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. For hygienic reasons, refund for Mouth Guards and Groin Protectors are not possible. .

Who pays the return shipping cost ?

We will refund the return shipping costs if the return is due to an order processing error or a defective product. For all other reasons, the return shipping costs will be at your charge. If the return costs have not been paid in advance and we have to settle them, they will be deducted from the refund..

Are the products genuine ?

Yes. Absolutely! Thaiboxing Fightgear works only with the originals manufacturers and trustful wellknow brands located in Thailand. We guarantee the origin of the equipment and materials. Thaiboxing Fightgear is an authorized and approuved Top King, Twins and Fairtex Dealer.

Are you selling/sending my data to 3rd parties ?

We do not sell/give any information about our users and clients to third-party companies such as advertisers or data brokers. Thaiboxing Fightgear works with trusted third-party companies who help us to provide and improve our services to you. Those third party compagnies are: Payment processors compagnies (partial informations). Paypal or Stripe. Website data Analyzing : Google (partial informations through Google analytics).

How long has Thaiboxing Fightgear been around ?

Thaiboxing Fightgear started in 2018. Two years later we still delivered during the covid which also affected Thailand badly. And since then we’re moving forward thanks to you and our common passion of muay thai. Our websites in Hindi and spanish are our latest project.

I remember, some time ago, I could contact you by phone ?

We do not offer telephone support. We did it at the beginning, and we stopped during the covid. It is more useful to respond quickly to your email requests.

After contacting the support, how long it’s take to get an answer ?

It depends on the question asked. We now guarantee a response within 12 hours (instead of 24). And we aim for an average of 6 to 8 hours.

What if my question is not answered ?

If you cannot find the information you are looking for, please contact our customer service by e-mail. Choose the support that speaks your language. Usually it is simply the support offered on the site you are on. If you use another language, your email will be directed to the person who speaks your language ( German, French, Spanish, Chinese).

If I don't receive an order confirmation email, or if I don't get an answer 48 hours after contacting the support, what should I do?

First check your spam mail folder. If you don't find an email from us, please contact us with another email if possible. The order confirmation email should reach you in less than 5 minutes. It may happen that we cannot reach you by the email you provided (box mail full, returning emails, typing error).
